At Ripstop by the Roll, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear and materials. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unwashed and uncut materials in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
